Do I have to register to place an order?
To ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience, we ask all customers to register with Wristero. SHIPPING
US Shipments
Free Shipping with no order minimum: Domestic orders under $200 and will be fulfilled via USPS First Class Mail. Domestic orders above $200 will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Limited to domestic shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. Other restrictions may apply.
International Shipments
Free Shipping for Orders $200 and Above: We provide free shipping using either USPS First Class/UPS or DHL.
International shipments sent through USPS may take up to 21 days for delivery due to processing and customs clearance before leaving the US. Once outside the US, packages are handled by the destination country's postal service for final delivery.
We recommend that international customers track their shipments through their local postal service, such as Royal Mail, Post Nord, Canada Post, or La Poste, as these services will provide updates once the package arrives in their respective countries.
Shipping Costs
US Orders: Free shipping is provided with every order. Shipments will use a method chosen at our discretion- typically this is USPS First Class Mail
International Orders: Free shipping is available for orders $200 and above. Shipping rates outside the USA are calculated based on weight and offer different speed options. Delivery times to international destinations may be impacted by customs processing.
Shipping outside of the USA is calculated based on weight giving the option of different speeds. Time in transit to destinations outside the USA can vary depending on customs.
Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped to the USA may incur sales tax at checkout. Orders shipped outside of the USA may incur duties and fees from your local government or from the shipping company. Wristero LLC is not responsible for any taxes or fees on outbound or returned products.

Which forms of payment are available?
Wristero offers a variety of secure payment options for your convenience. You can easily pay using credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay for a seamless checkout experience. All payment details are kept strictly confidential and encrypted to ensure your security. Please note that we do not accept cash payments at this time.
Can I view your items in a retail shop?
As an online-only business, we do not operate any physical retail locations or carry stock at our offices. This allows us to focus on offering a streamlined and efficient online shopping experience. However, rest assured that we provide free and fully insured shipping to your preferred destination, ensuring that your order arrives safely and securely.
