How to Initiate a Return:
Go to Orders & Returns in your Wristero account.
Find the order you wish to return and select “Return Item(s)”.
Choose the items you’re returning and provide a reason for the return.
Prepare your return package:
Place the item inside its original packaging, including branded boxes, dust bags, and any included accessories.
Use the Wristero return packaging, if applicable.
Hand the package to the courier:
Attach the provided Waybill Document to the parcel.
Keep a record of the Waybill Number so you can track your return.
Rescheduling a Return Pickup
Need to change your return collection date? No problem! You can reschedule directly in the Orders & Returns section of your account.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note:

Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 7 business days, but processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
